WEEKLY CABIN RATES ARE BASED ON REGULAR CAPACITY + TAX RATES QUOTED FOR REGULAR CAPACITY: 1 Bedroom cabin sleeps 2; 2 Bedroom cabin sleeps 4; 3 bedroom cabin sleeps 6. There is an extra charge of $10.00 per person/per night for each overnight guest in excess of the cabin's regular capacity. Children ages six and under are not counted. GUESTS OF GUESTS: must be registered in the office in advance of arrival. A $10/per person/per day fee is charged to guest beginning on the second day of visiting. Management reserves the right to limit the number and frequency of day guests. SEASON: The vacation season begins May 23rd (the friday before Memorial Day weekend) and ends in mid-September. Rentals are generally from Saturday to Saturday. However, reservations for two or more nights are available early and late in the rental season. Pleas inquire for more information. DEPOSIT: A $300.00 ADVANCE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WEEKLY RESERVATIONS. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION, THE DEPOSIT, LESS $75.00 WILL BE RETURNED ONLY IF THE UNIT IS RE-RENTED FOR THE CANCELLED TIME PERIOD. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. LINEN: We furnish blankets. Guests may bring their own bed linens or we can provide them for a weekly fee of $8.00/bed/week. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TOWELS AND KITCHEN LINENS. THE NARROWS PROVIDES: Blankets, pillows, fully equipped kitchens, common grill areas and the use of a 14' rowboat (Please provide your own life jacket.) High chairs are available upon request CHECK-IN: Unless other arrangements are made in advance, check-in time is 3:00 p.m on the day of arrival. Check-out is 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
